Barber & Beauty Lounge by ConSele offers a Washington State registered apprenticeship program approved by the Washington State Apprenticeship & Training Council (WSATC) and registered with the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I).

Our program provides an accessible, career-focused pathway through paid, structured training in two tracks, Barber and Hair Designer, completed over 2,000 hours of on-the-job learning under direct journey-level supervision (1:1 ratio).

What You'll Learn: Apprentices gain real-world technical skills including cutting, styling, coloring, sanitation, safety, and client care. Professional development covers product knowledge and sales techniques, state laws and regulations, and salon business practices, diversity, and multiculturalism.

Training & Support: Related and supplemental instruction is supported through sponsor-provided training, approved seminars and trade shows, and approved online learning, helping apprentices build confidence, credentials, and long-term career success.
